At CPF Metn, the Health Department consists of two qualified and certified professionals.
The school nurse is called upon by the various partners of the educational community (management, educational team, parents, and health specialists) to determine the health needs (physical, mental and social well-being) and to contribute to education with a view through a professional perception and integration.
The school nurse is committed to listening, conducting screenings, and providing medical follow-ups for each student. The school nurse is certified to provide first aid in the event of a health problem or an accident occurring at school. the school nurse further notifies parents and directs them to the appropriate medical procedures if necessary. Maintaining medical confidentiality is a top priority.
In the event of chronic illnesses or allergies, the nurse diligently assesses and monitors the student's health and creates an Individualized Personal Plan (IPP) to identify medical needs and outline emergency procedures.
Due to the importance of health education, including prevention and health promotion, the school nurse undergoes continuous training to stay up to date.
Collaboration with parents/caregivers, along with the information provided in the infirmary forms, is vital for securing proper care of the children.

The infirmary is open from Monday to Friday, 7:40 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
The school nurse is also prensent during the hours of extra-curricular activities.
The mission of the School Psychologist is to promote the psychological well-being and social development of students, helping them thrive academically and personally. The School Psychologist works to prevent risks of disengagement or school dropout, ensuring that every student has the support needed to succeed.
Through her expertise, the School Psychologist also assists teaching teams in nurturing students' motivation and interest in learning. She provides tailored support to students facing learning challenges and collaborates closely with families and teachers to analyze individual situations.
Using a range of professional tools and methods - including interviews, observations, and assessments - she adapts her approach to meet each student's specific needs.
The school psychologist is available at campus on Tuesdays, and Thursdays during school hours.
